A consummate student, Maria has several degrees and diplomas outside of her Real Estate Licence obtained from the RECBC at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. These include a degree in Management Training Programme, Major in Innovation Management 2006 Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law, a Bachelors Degree in World Economy (2007) from Priamurski University of Agriculture & Business, Russia and a Korean and English Teaching Diploma(2004) from Khabarovsk State Pedagogical University. She continues her professional development by enrolling in relevant courses offered to realtors® here in BC as well. The latest of these is Certified Negotiation Expert® from Real Estate Negotiation Institute, 2013 and Master Certified Negotiation Expert® 2014.
Maria in the Community
Maria passionately believes in paying it forward and volunteers in numerous community organizations such as the Russian School of A.S. Pushkin and the Russian Palme Theatre Studio. She is also a valued volunteer with the Cousteau International School and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Since the time Maria was two, she has had a strong connection to horses. Her mother would tell her that that was certainly inherited from her great grandfather who was a horse groomer. She loves these beautiful, graceful animals. She finds they are in tune with their surroundings, have an ease with which they communicate amongst each other and always work efficiently as a team. Maria works with her clients to recreate this very same feeling of balance and communication as a team.
